Headquartered in San Francisco (formerly the Millbrae office), our company was first established in 2004 but officially began serving diverse clients in 2011. Since then, we have passionately put our vast expertise in accounting, payroll, and tax services to use as we address the unique needs of our clients.

Our Founder’s Story 

Chris Oey has had more than 20 years of experience working with closely held businesses, nonprofit agencies, pension plans and individuals, including a strong supervisory background. In this time, he has built a solid foundation in various areas of the field. His specialties include working with budgets, general ledgers, human resources, fixed assets, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.



He has had experience in developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls as well as communicating with professional auditors and tax service providers. In addition, he has spent years in his career preparing annual tax returns and other compliance matters with federal, state, and local governments.


Chris continues to improve the company by finding ways to streamline work processes and maximize efficiency.
